Breathing Techniques is a fundamental technique of the Method Paret in the trasversale category. It represents the essential preparatory element for developing control of the vital force and access to deep hypnotic states through the conscious mastery of breath as a tool for energetic synchronization.

Definition

Breathing Techniques in the Paret method are structured breathing techniques designed to modulate and amplify the practitioner's magnetic transmission. Unlike traditional psychological approaches, here the breath is not a simple psychosomatic anchor, but rather a tool of animal magnetism that facilitates the transition towards states of non-verbal induction and the activation of presence. Respiratory control allows one to enter into energetic synchronization with the subject, an indispensable prerequisite for Magnetic Passes, the Magnetic Fall, and the induction of states such as the Esdaile State.

When to use

  • Beginning of each session: preparation of the practitioner for the magnetism exercise
  • Before Magnetic Passes: stabilization of the vital force
  • Start of non-verbal induction: creation of the necessary refractory state
  • Transition towards deep states: access to the implicate levels of the quantum approach
  • Control of the mesmeric crisis: management and modulation of the Mesmeric Crisis
  • Development of the Magnetic Voice: synchronization between breathing and vocal transmission

Components and steps

  1. Stabilization of the base breath: acquisition of awareness of the natural respiratory cycle and its energetic harmonization
  2. Rhythmic breathing: synchronization of breath with the heartbeat and the practitioner's vital energy
  3. Transmission on the breath: integration of magnetic intention during each inspiratory and expiratory cycle
  4. Breathing as presence: the breath becomes a tangible manifestation of the hieratic presence
  5. Dyadic synchronization: alignment of the practitioner's breath with that of the subject to facilitate magnetic entanglement
  6. Deep breathing towards Esdaile states: advanced techniques for accessing states of Hypnosleep and Deep Somnambulism

Distinctions

  • vs traditional hypnotic techniques: the breath is not a psychological anchor but a vector of magnetic transmission of the vital force
  • vs classical meditation: not aimed at psychic introversion, but rather at amplification and control of external energy
  • vs Magnetic Falls: breathing techniques are preparatory; falls constitute their gestural expression

Courses where it is taught

Notes

  • Common mistake: confusing the technique with simple conscious breathing exercises; here the focus is on energetic transmission, not psychology
  • Crucial prerequisite: the practitioner must have developed sensitivity to the vital force before effectively integrating the breath into non-verbal inductions
  • Contraindications: [to be confirmed by Marco] - specific modalities for subjects with respiratory pathologies
