Rubedo / Reconstitution is a technique of the Method Paret in the alchemy category. It represents the process of conscious and integrated reconstitution of the ordinary state after the experience of magnetic ecstasy, through which spirit and matter reunite in a superior condition of presence and awareness.

Definition

In the Paret method, Rubedo/Reconstitution designates the reintegration phase that follows ecstasy induced through non-verbal magnetism techniques. It is not a simple return to the initial state, but rather an alchemical reconstitution where consciousness, after having experienced energetic elevation and temporary disjunction from ordinary mnemonic mechanisms, reconfigures itself at a higher level. The operator recomposes spirit and matter into a harmonious synthesis, maintaining the magnetic elevation acquired during ecstasy.

When it is used

The Rubedo/Reconstitution technique is applied:

At the end of magnetic ecstasy sessions, in advanced contexts of non-verbal practice
In the magnetic therapeutic session, after reaching cataleptic states or ecstatic fascination
In the advanced training of the practitioner, to consolidate and integrate the ecstatic experience into everyday consciousness
As a didactic method to teach the conscious transition between altered and ordinary states

Redirection of the risen energy (from the sphere technique to the coccyx) through the reconstituted nervous system
