Fascinazione 2 / Classical Induction is a technique of the Method Paret in the fascination category. It is a classical induction based on gaze control and spatial progression, aimed at establishing a state of total absorption and voluntary suspension in the recipient's subjectivity.

Definition

The Classical Induction represents the modern evolution of the classic mesmeric protocol reinterpreted according to the Paret methodology. It is distinguished by the coordinated use of three fundamental elements: ocular fixation, controlled motor progression, and energy balancing that precedes the induction itself. The goal is not traditional hypnosis, but rather a state of magnetic presence where the subject maintains awareness while remaining unconditionally focused on the operator's figure.

Effect on the subject: state of mental emptiness

The characteristic effect of this classical induction is that the subject enters a state of mental emptiness while the operator observes them attentively. This is the hallmark of the technique: not sleep, not ordinary relaxation, but a cognitive void in which ordinary thoughts cease and the mind becomes porous, receptive, open to the operator's work.

The operator recognizes entry into this state through non-verbal indicators: slowing of breath, fixity of gaze (even with eyes open), absence of facial micro-movements, involuntary relaxation of the mimic musculature. The technique procures this state of mental emptiness, it does not require it.

When to use

This technique is indicated in contexts where deep and rapid fascination is necessary:

  • Initial induction in magnetism and presence work
  • Preparation for advanced non-verbal hypnosis techniques
  • Management of cognitive resistances through gaze fixation
  • Conditions of migraine or psychosomatic imbalance requiring [to be confirmed by Marco]
  • Hieratic work where establishing the interpersonal magnetic field is necessary

Components and steps

  1. Primary ocular fixation: establish stable eye contact, without aggressive dominance
  2. Controlled spatial progression: delicate and predictable movement of the operator's gaze
  3. Breathing rhythm calibration: implicit synchronization with the recipient
  4. Preliminary energy balancing: neutralization of lateral tensions or inversions
  5. Minimalist verbal induction: visually anchored phrases, not narrative
  6. State deepening: transition to complete presence without breaks in continuity

Distinctions

  • vs Fascinazione 1: Classical Induction is more structured and uses ocular fixation as the primary element; Fascinazione 1 favors [to be confirmed by Marco]
  • vs Traditional Ericksonian Hypnosis: does not use narrative metaphors or indirect suggestions; remains anchored to the original reinterpreted mesmeric protocol
  • vs Quantum Techniques Paret: Classical Induction operates in the domain of interpersonal fascination; quantum techniques operate on subtle energy levels [to be confirmed by Marco]

Courses where it is taught

  • Mesmerismus® – Week 4 (core module)
  • ISI-CNV Advanced Programs – Fascination and Presence
  • Université Européenne (Marco Paret) – Master in Mesmerism & Modern Magnetism

Notes

  • The technique requires precise calibration of eye contact; a gaze that is too fixed can generate defenses, one that is too mobile compromises the induction
  • Migraine sometimes emerges as a psychosomatic release during balancing; it represents a positive indicator of resistance dissolution
  • It should not be confused with simple hypnotic eye fixation: Classical Induction keeps the magnetic field between operator and recipient alive
