Mirror Work is a technique of the Method Paret in the fascination category that uses the mirror as a tool for self-evolution and fascinatory induction through symbolic work and the controlled use of energetic polarity.
Definition
Mirror Work represents a non-verbal evolution of classical mesmeric practice, integrating the use of the mirror as a device for self-realization and reciprocal fascination. According to the Method Paret, the mirror functions both as a reflector of magnetic energy and as a hermetic symbol of inner transformation. The technique combines Magnetic Passes directed towards the reflected image with the activation of deep hypnotic states through the control of sensory perception.
