Progressivamente siamo stati assorbiti dai nostri pensieri, che hanno costruito una cittadella che ha dimenticato l&amp;#039;Io vero.&lt;br /&gt;

La caratteristica distintiva rispetto ad altri approcci di mindfulness è il &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;punto di accesso&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;: non il respiro come oggetto mentale di concentrazione, ma il &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;corpo come intelligenza primaria e primitiva&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. Il senso cinestesico — la propriocezione, il tatto, la sensazione del corpo dall&amp;#039;interno — è definito da Paret &amp;quot;il senso più primitivo di tutti&amp;quot;, quello su cui si fondano tutti gli altri sensi.&lt;br /&gt;

=== 1. Le Cariche — Il Respiro come Presa di Coscienza del Corpo ===&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Le Cariche sono esercizi di respiro il cui scopo non è il controllo della respirazione, ma la &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;presa di coscienza del corpo&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. Attraverso cicli di inspirazione ed espirazione consapevole, il praticante porta attenzione progressivamente ai piedi, alle gambe, al basso addome, al torace, alle braccia, alla testa — e poi discende di nuovo. Il respiro serve a &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;rivelare&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; il corpo: tensioni, flussi di energia, blocchi, vitalità.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Come insegna Paret: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;quot;il compito è essere coscienti, solamente coscienti.&amp;quot;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Razionale scientifico:&amp;#039;&amp;#039; La respirazione lenta è associata ad aumento dell&amp;#039;attività vagale e della HRV (variabilità della frequenza cardiaca), indicatori di regolazione del sistema nervoso autonomo (Zaccaro et al., 2018). L&amp;#039;interocezione è centrale nei modelli neuroscientifici della consapevolezza e della regolazione emotiva (Craig, 2009; Farb et al., 2013).&lt;br /&gt;

=== 2. Il Punto di Riferimento — L&amp;#039;Ancora dell&amp;#039;Attenzione ===&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Il Punto di Riferimento è la pratica di fissare con &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;sguardo aperto e morbido&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; un punto stabile nello spazio — senza chiudere gli occhi, restando aperti e presenti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Come descrive Paret: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;quot;la voce diventa più chiara, più staccata nel momento in cui mantenete coscienza di voi stessi mentre parlate.&amp;quot;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Il Punto non è un oggetto di concentrazione forzata, ma un ancoraggio che stabilizza l&amp;#039;attenzione e rende la presenza visibile: nello sguardo, nella voce, nel tono corporeo. Questo esercizio viene praticato anche &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;in azione&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; — mentre si parla, si lavora, si è in relazione.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Razionale scientifico:&amp;#039;&amp;#039; L&amp;#039;attenzione sostenuta è correlata a riduzione dell&amp;#039;attività della Default Mode Network (DMN), la rete neurale associata al mind-wandering e al rimuginio (Brewer et al., 2011).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
=== 3. Lo Stop — L&amp;#039;Interruzione Consapevole dell&amp;#039;Automatismo ===&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lo Stop è un elemento originale del Metodo Paret™: un&amp;#039;interruzione volontaria, breve ma intenzionale, di qualsiasi azione in corso — pensiero, movimento, reazione automatica. Non è immobilità passiva, ma &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;pausa attiva&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In quel momento, il praticante lascia che lo sguardo si apra e che le sensazioni cinestesiche entrino nella consapevolezza. Come insegna Paret: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;quot;aprire lo sguardo vivo, sentire le sensazioni che entrano — cinestesico, peso.&amp;quot;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lo Stop è il passaggio dal pilota automatico alla scelta consapevole.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Razionale scientifico:&amp;#039;&amp;#039; Nel modello polivagale (Porges, 2011), l&amp;#039;interruzione di un loop di attivazione automatica simpatica crea lo spazio per il passaggio verso uno stato di social engagement.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
=== 4. Attenzione all&amp;#039;Hara e alla Verticalità — L&amp;#039;Asse della Presenza ===&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
L&amp;#039;Hara — il centro vitale nella parte bassa dell&amp;#039;addome — è l&amp;#039;ancora somatica fondamentale del metodo. La verticalità — l&amp;#039;asse testa-piedi, il radicamento-apertura, la spina dorsale come connessione cielo-terra — è l&amp;#039;asse strutturale della presenza corporea.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Come spiega Paret: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;quot;ricordarsi durante la giornata di cercare la presenza, mettersi in posa, trovare il peso del corpo e la verticale, è ogni volta un&amp;#039;istruzione alla propria mente inconscia.&amp;quot;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Razionale scientifico:&amp;#039;&amp;#039; Il radicamento corporeo e il tono posturale sono segnali di safety nel modello polivagale (Porges, 2011). Le tradizioni orientali (hara, tan tien) e le tradizioni occidentali (verticalità, simbolismo dell&amp;#039;obelisco) convergono su questo punto, come documentato nelle ricerche di Paret.&lt;br /&gt;

== La Presenza nell&amp;#039;Azione e nella Relazione ==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Una caratteristica originale del Metodo Paret™ è che la presenza non viene insegnata solo come pratica contemplativa, ma come &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;presenza nell&amp;#039;azione&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; — nel lavoro professionale, nella relazione con il cliente, nella comunicazione.&lt;br /&gt;

Questo dimostra che lo stato interno dell&amp;#039;operatore è percepito dal soggetto in modo diretto, indipendentemente dalla tecnica applicata. La presenza diventa la competenza di base che amplifica tutte le tecniche non verbali.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paret distingue chiaramente tra empatia e presenza: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;quot;quando sei in stato di presenza, sei privo di pensiero. Non vuol dire essere tra le nuvole. Vuol dire che ascolti davvero, perché la tua mente non è altrove.&amp;quot;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
